Celeste and I are hivnag a great time putting together the programs, and of course I love doing the ones that I do all by myself as well.Regarding your questions about the use of the cognitive bridge, there are several ways to bridge to the past when doing an age regression. Here are the ones that I use most frequently:1. Affect Bridge where you have them follow a feeling back,2. Symptom Bridge where you have them follow a symptom back,3. And, then there is the Cognitive Bridge where you have your clients follow a thought back to an earlier time when they were thinking that thought. For example, one might have the recurring thought that they are going to mess up. Here you would simply suggest to the client that she go back to an earlier time when she was thinking that thought. Then, you can continue age regressing on the thought until you get to the first time, or preferably, you can switch to the feeling that they get when they have the thought (during one of the SSEs), which would probably be fear. Then, continue regressing to the ISE using the Affect Bridge which is more reliable than the Cognitive Bridge (because the energy contained in emotions is more powerful than the energy contained in a thought/cognition).I hope that helps to clear things up.
